Yes. In-person sessions are available at my private office in Omaha, NE. Virtual sessions (therapy or coaching) are available depending on licensure and state laws.
Individual therapy sessions are $200 (standard 45–60 minutes) and $250 for the initial intake.
Additional time can be added at $150/hour.
I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, United, Optum, Aetna, Cigna, and Midlands Choice. Rates may vary depending on your insurance and deductible.

Yes. I offer supervision and mentorship for provisional clinicians, therapists, and social workers working toward licensure in NE, IA, GA, and IL.
Yes. I offer both intuitive and practical coaching for clients across the U.S. and internationally. Topics may include boundaries, nervous system regulation, life transitions, identity shifts, and soul-aligned lifestyle changes.

Yes. I facilitate wellness workshops, consulting, and speaking engagements for organizations and teams. Common topics include burnout prevention, grief support, trauma-informed care, team building, and DEI-informed mental health practices.
While I have my own beliefs, I lead with a client-centered approach. I honor your spiritual or religious framework and use the language that makes you feel most safe and supported. Clients from all backgrounds are welcome.
That depends on your personal goals. Some people come weekly, others bi-weekly, monthly, or as-needed. We’ll decide together what success looks like for you and what kind of timeline supports your healing.
Sessions 1–2 tend to be a little more structured, as I’m completing a full biopsychosocial assessment. By Session 3, the energy shifts — that’s where we either establish rapport or dive deep into the work together. It becomes more relaxed and client-led.
That’s okay. I usually tell clients to give it 3–4 sessions before deciding. If something feels off, I encourage you to tell me — we can talk it through. And if it’s just not a fit, I’ll help you find another provider or recommend resources. You deserve support that feels right.
